Request a testing environment

The old Procountor testing server (PTS) was shutdown in 19.6.2023. You won't be able to access your testing environments in old PTS anymore.

Since May 2nd, 2023, a new testing server has been made available that offers improved stability, security, and maintainability. The new PTS and its data is hosted in the West Europe region of Azure.

Use the form to request a private testing environment on the new PTS. Note that no sensitive or customer-specific information should be entered, stored, or imported into the test environment.

We will provide you with the following information:

  • Username
  • Password
  • Company ID
  • Client ID
  • Client secret
  • Redirect URI (if not specified by yourself)

Our response time for testing environment requests is typically 0–3 working days. In some cases when we require additional information and need to contact you before processing the request, it might take 1 week or more.
